Cleaning with Care, 2023

In December 2023, Tisya took part in an ocean cleanup at Dhadna Harbour in Fujairah. With quiet dedication, she joined other volunteers to collect waste from the shoreline and shallow waters. It was a meaningful step towards protecting marine life and keeping the sea free from harm. Tisya’s actions reflected her deep care for nature and her belief that small efforts can lead to big change.

Youngest Diver at Cleanup Arabia, 2022

At just 12 years old, Tisya Panigrahi, a Junior Advanced Diver, joined Cleanup Arabia 2022 on the east coast of Dibba, Fujairah, alongside her father, Priyadarshee. With a deep love for the ocean and a strong awareness of marine pollution, she took part in removing underwater debris to help protect marine life. Understanding the impact of pollution and global warming on the ocean, Tisya is committed to doing her part in keeping the waters clean and safe for all sea creatures.

A Powerful Message from the Depths, 2024

On UAE’s National Day during COP 28, a father-daughter duo delivered a unique message from 70 feet underwater in the Maldives. Holding placards that read “Please Unite, Act, Deliver,” they urged nations to take decisive action on climate change. Their message echoed the official motto of COP 28, emphasizing the urgent need for global unity and commitment to protecting the planet.

On November 2, 2024, Tisya Panigrahi took part in an ocean cleanup at Port de La Mer, Dubai, with her father. She helped remove underwater waste, driven by her deep care for marine life. With every dive, her commitment to protecting the ocean continues to grow.

On 19th April 2025, at the Dubai Offshore Sailing Club, Tisya joined a harbour clean-up with great energy and care. Her active role reflected her respect for nature and commitment to protecting marine life.
